The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel
Pica 2011 has secured a block of guestrooms for delegates attending the conference at very special rates starting at $199.00 for single or double occupancy. In order to qualify for these rates reservations must be made by April 10, 2011. The conference rates are subject to availability after this date, therefore early reservations are recommended.
Guestrooms can be booked online and entering the Promo Code GYPD in the appropriate area.
Reservations can also be made by calling 1–800–441–1414 and referring to the Pica Design Conference Rate.
Note: rates quoted include a $10.00 per person per day service charge that is to cover porterage, housekeeping and conference services. Room rates are also subject to: 2% Tourism Improvement Fee, 4% Alberta Levy, and 5% GST.
Flying into Calgary?
WestJet is pleased to offer a 10% discount off of their best available regular fare at the time of booking (excluding web and promotional fares). Discounted travel rates are available for up to 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference. Attendees must make their travel arrangements through the WestJet Specialty Sales Team and quote account number CC6844 at the time of booking.
Delegates need to contact WestJet’s Convention line at 1–877–952–4696. Agents are available to assist Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm (Mountain Standard Time).
How do I get from Calgary to Banff?
With 12 scheduled departures per day between Calgary International Airport and Banff/Canmore and back, it is easy to connect with the Banff Airporter.
