GDC Member rate also applies to members of RGD Ontario, SDGQ and ACE (Ad Club of Edmonton).

To register at the Student rate you must be registered in a recognized full-time post-secondary program. Limited registrations available at this rate.

Your registration fee includes:

• All conference speakers and sessions
• Sunday opening reception, meet and greet
• Monday & Tuesday Continental Breakfasts
• Monday & Tuesday Luncheons
• Daily Coffee Breaks
• Gala Dinner & Evening

GST does not need to be added to the registration fees.

Early Bird Registration

Early Bird Rates available from opening until March 21st, 2011:

• Student Rate @ $385.00
• GDC Member Rate @ $ 585.00
• Non Member Rate @ $685.00

Regular Registration

March 22nd – April 28th:

• Student Rate @ $435.00
• GDC Member Rate @ $685.00
• Non Member Rate @ $785.00

Late Registration

After April 28th – please email info@picaconference.ca to arrange late registration.

Cancellation Policy

This registration is transferable, however, all substitutions be submitted in writing to info@picaconference.ca prior to April 28, 2011

To cancel your conference registration, you must submit a WRITTEN request to info@picaconference.ca

The amount of the refund will vary according to the following schedule:

• Prior to April 1st: full refund, less $75.00 administration fee
• Between April 1st and 15th: 50% refund
• After April 15th: no refunds will be given

Approved refunds will be issued 2 to 3 weeks AFTER the conference.

Registered delegates who do not attend the conference and have not submitted a cancellation request will not receive a refund.
